How to place an order on your site?

To place an order on our site, simply browse our product catalog, select the items you wish to purchase, and then add them to your cart. Once you have completed your shopping, proceed to the checkout where you can enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. It's that easy!

We accept multiple payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Currently, we accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and installment payments with Klarna.

Can I track my order online?

Yes, you can track your order online. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Clicking on this link will take you to your package tracking page where you can see the real-time location of your order until it is delivered.

It may take 5 to 10 days for the tracking number to be available online.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Because we ship directly from our partners in different countries, your item can arrive in 7-14 days (business), but please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or peak periods.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many destinations around the world. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your shipping country from our available options. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for international deliveries.

What should I do if I have not received my order within the expected time frame?

I can't find my order number

Order numbers are sent once your order is validated. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email, along with additional information about your order (it starts with #XXXXX e.g. #8590)

Order IDs are one of the best ways for us to identify your order. If you have any questions, we will ask that you include your order number when you contact us.

If you accidentally deleted your order confirmation (we do this sometimes!), simply email us and we'll send you a new one.

Where is my order?

Delay in delivery

If your order delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your package, we recommend trying the following (which has already been helpful for other customers):

Payments & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. It is also possible to pay with Apple Pay using your iPhone smartphone.

It is also possible to pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments via Klarna.

To make a payment, simply click on the "Proceed to checkout" or "Buy with PayPal" buttons at the bottom of your shopping cart. After entering your details, you will be redirected to the corresponding payment platform.

Are payments made on your site secure?

I received a message "Payment failed", what should I do?

My promo code doesn't work
