Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of your order. If this 14 day period is exceeded, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Cancellation of order
You have 24 hours after your order to change your mind and inform us. After this period, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify your order.
We process orders within 24 hours of placing them, to allow for possible changes and to correct any errors. Once this period has elapsed and the order has been processed, no refunds will be issued until the item has been delivered, received and returned to the address provided.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and the item must be shipped to the address we provide you.
Some items are not eligible for return, such as gift cards.
Return procedure
For your return to be validated:
- We receive the package at the return address we provided to you.
It is important to note that the package should not be sent to the manufacturer's address. An inspection of the returned product may be required before issuing a refund.
Refunds
If you receive a damaged or defective product, a photo of the item will be required before any refund will be issued. In the absence of a photo, the item will need to be returned to a specific address for inspection.
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision regarding your refund request. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer and bank.
Delay or absence of reimbursement
If your refund is taking a long time to appear, we recommend that you first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer or bank. There may be processing times before your refund is posted. Sale items
In the event of a return of a sale item, the refund will be made on the amount paid at the time of purchase, and not on the original price.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please send us photos to contact@magasinmanga.fr and we will send you a replacement item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not designated as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Returns Shipping
Returns must be sent to a specific address please contact us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable . If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
We recommend using a tracked service for returns over €10, or insuring the shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
